I was very appreciative of how helpful the staff was with explaining the access hours and going through the paperwork.

This facility is close to the place I’m moving into, has plenty of parking space, and is well organized.

They were very helpful and organized in spite of an online service and new computer system that caused confusion.

The person in the office when we did paperwork was great. She even got on her golf cart and come over to help us. We were paying much less in Cedar Key but we're ok with the price because it's bigger and I know there is more competition.

It was very easy to reserve and move into these storage units. They are very clean and safe and we feel comfortable and confident leaving our belongings there.

This storage unit was very clean and has excellent customer service. Although the climate controlled unit was only open until 9 pm, they allowed my friend and I to have temporary 24 hour access due to our conflicting schedules. They went above and beyond to help us out, and the employees were friendly.

This storage unit is the best I used so far for a climate-controlled unit. My friend and I couldn't make the typical 7 am- 9 pm hours to move in, so they granted us 24 hour access temporarily to fit our needs.

This place is excellent and has a good price. The size of the storage unit that I purchased is the perfect size and very accessible. Customer service was excellent and gave me 24 hour access for 3 days since I would have had schedule conflicts with their 7 am-9 pm hours. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

We had an excellent experience renting storage space from Interstate Mini Storage. Having been told that the office closes at 4pm, my son and I scrambled to load our van and arrive at the office with minutes to spare and were relieved to not be turned back, even though two more customers were inside and still being accommodated. As a matter of fact, the clerk, Yuanni, told us this Saturday had her handle 18 move-ins, yet she was extremely positive and friendly and efficient well past 4 pm, even though her fiancé was coming to visit from out of town. I was moving some of my items into the storage unit within 15 minutes of meeting the staff person, which I think is especially thanks to my SpareFoot reservation! I was happy to be guided through the well-maintained facility to my very clean storage space. I would definitely recommend Interstate Mini Storage to friends.

The staff here was very helpful and coordinated. This place made me feel like they cared about customer support over other places I checked. Also, there was no hidden fees here the price I was quoted is the price I payed. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The onsite manager was great - friendly and personable. The facility is flexible and has very good rates for this area. The unit we rented is nice - very clean and well laid out to be able to use the space to the max, which we are doing.

This place even though a little higher than other storage facilities , it is a great place to get in an out of and the employees are always friendly and I think it is a loyal company unlike some of the other mini storages which are not always friendly nor safe.

I have used this storage facility twice now for over a year each time and have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the company. The storage shelters are clean, the property is secure, and the staff provides great customer service. They have direct debit billing options and competitive pricing. I highly recommend their service.

I had rented a 7.5 x 10 ft unit through Sparefoot. I realized that I could move my son's things in on the 28th of April and called to change the reservation to the 28th instead of May 1st. I was told that the unit was available and that I could move in and not change the date. When I arrived, Amy told me that the unit was no longer available and that a 5x10 was available. I was supposed to pay in advance? I was not informed of this nor provided papers indicating this! I took the 5x10 and barely made it with the items. I still wanted a 7.5x10 because my other son is starting school at UF this summer and I was going to bring some of his items up during orientation. GRRRRR......Not a happy experience :(

The people here at IMS are great! I have been renting a storage unit here for the better part of 8 years and I would not go anywhere else! It's a great place to "Get away from the house" and go work on my projects. It is the best value for your money and the office staff is the best!

The owner was really helpful and the facility seemed really clean. My 5x10 was spotless when i got there and I was pleased to have 24/7 access, which is great. I'm a student, so if you are a student I would highly recommend this place!!! Also, Sparefoot was really easy to use and great! I lived on campus and did not have a car to go make a reservation, so they made the reservation process REALLY EASY. SO CONVENIENT. Thanks Sparefoot!
